Michele Burgess is a well-known professional travel and wildlife photographer whose work is published both nationally and internationally. Among her many credits are Travel & Leisure, Outside, International Wildlife, National Geographic Traveler, Travel Holiday, Natural History, and inflight magazines for several major airlines. She is a frequent contributor to tour brochures for Overseas Adventure Travel, Mountain Travel-Sobek, Geographic Expeditions, and Wilderness Travel. Her photography, which has appeared on calendars, postcards, and in textbooks and brochures, has earned many awards over the years. Michele is an enthusiastic world traveler who continues to explore new areas in her quest for adventure. She has visited 105 countries on all seven continents, photographing their wildlife, peoples and cultures, and spectacular scenery.
